Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM Online

Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM Online is an online, monthly subscription-based solution managed by Microsoft.  With this solution, your data and infrastructure will be run and maintained by Microsoft from their corporate data center.  This provides your organization with a low cost alternative to hosting your solution in-house.

CRM Online is based upon the new Dynamics CRM 4.0 release, and leverages new multi-tenant and enterprise scalability features provided to run an internet-scale service for our customers. The target deployment ranges from five to 25 CRM seats; however Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM Online can be used for larger deployments-provided that appropriate qualification and assessments have been performed.

Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM Online provides businesses with the following features and capabilities:

• Online Sales, Service and Marketing automation capabilities to establish business and customer insight across the organization
• On demand access to customer information using the security of Windows Live ID anywhere you can access  Internet Explorer 
• Native Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel integration for combining the power of internet-based services with rich productivity client applications
• Web-based business process design and automation studio for streamlining work tasks and notifications
• Point-and-click customization for adding customer entities, forms, views and data attributes into CRM Online
• Web-services API for CRM Online data and processes to integrate across systems and applications

New Internet Marketing Features!

Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM Online now includes internet marketing features.  You can create landing pages hosted by Microsoft or your own web site that will capture lead and information requests from the internet and put them directly into CRM.
